I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right by the river and within walking distance of the city centre. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave excellent customer service, even when it got busy in the morning. My room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a sitting area and a terrace with garden furniture. The amenities like in-room safe, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities were great too.
I would recommend this hotel for families, as there were plenty of amenities for kids and the staff were friendly and efficient at dealing with any requests. The only small downside was that the toaster at breakfast was left for guests to operate themselves, which was not ideal.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right by the "Squinty Bridge" and overlooking the river. It was so easy to explore the city center from here. The room was comfortable and clean, with air-conditioning and a fridge. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a great selection. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating by the river. a wonderful experience!
The tables at the afternoon tea were too close together, making it hard to have a private conversation.

The location of the hotel was great, close to tourist attractions and on the City Hop On Hop Off bus route. The rooms were clean and had all the essentials. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, just outside the city center and with restaurants right next door. The bus stop nearby provided easy transportation to Glasgow Queen Street train station. the hotel is situated next to a bar with an outside beer garden, a great spot to relax. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff members were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service.

Clean and modern rooms with excellent front desk staff. The location is great, with easy access to conference center. The breakfast options are excellent. The hotel offers reasonable prices for the quality of service. I had a pleasant stay at Hilton Garden.
